Hotel fine print

• You MUST have reserved your room by Thursday, February 20, 2025. After the cut-off date, the hotel will decide whether or not to accept additional reservations at the Consonance group rate.
   
• Our rates are available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights of Consonance weekend..
  A limited number of rooms are also available at these rates before the con on Wednesday and Thursday nights and after the con on Monday night.
   
• The Consonance rate is discounted from their usual rate of $135 for 1 King bed or $177 for 2 King beds as of this posting.
