Hotel fine print

• You MUST have reserved your room by Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Our contract states that our new hotel will NOT extend the reservation deadline.
   
• Our rates are available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights of Consonance weekend..
  A limited number of rooms are also available at these rates before the con on Wednesday and Thursday nights and after the con on Monday night.
   
• These rates are for a standard room, which has either two double beds or one king bed.
   
• The Consonance rate is a deep discount from their usual rate of $166 as of this posting.
   
• Consonance attendees get free parking. Their usual parking fee is $20 per night.
